These terms cover your use of manidabrat.com, run by Mani Da Brat / C. Imani ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them.

The site and its content

All music, photography, artwork, writing, and other content on this site belongs to me or to the people I've credited. You're welcome to view, listen, and share links. Please don't download, copy, or reuse the work without written permission.

Creative services

Prices on the Services page are starting points. Each project is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement covering scope, price, timeline, revisions, usage rights, and (for music) credits and splits. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins for that project.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit books your project; the balance is due before final files are delivered.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, I keep the copyright and you receive a license for the uses in your agreement.
• I may share finished work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Shop purchases

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Products are made to order by a print partner, so please check sizes, colors, and your shipping address before ordering.
• Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered in the Shipping policy and Returns & refunds.

Joining is optional and requires email confirmation. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Limits

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect or incidental losses from using it, and my total responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
